Ordering and payment
What about my payment if shoes are unavailable?
If we face a stock issue and discover that the shoes you bought are not available, you credit card (or Paypal account) will not be charged. We never debit your credit card (or Paypal account) before being certain the model and size you selected is available.
Shipping
Why is the phone number required?
Simply because the carriers (DHL, FEDEX) need it because they will call you to arrange the time and the day of their passage for the delivery of your package.
Please be assured that My Shoes 2 Go will not use your phone number for advertising purposes or provide your information to third parties.
Does my parcel have a tracking number?
Yes, all packets we ship are electronically registered before the carrier take them in charge, therefore the tracking number is known since the very beginning. By email we will provide you:
- A picture of the packet / shoes with the shipping label and its tracking number
- The carrier URL with your tracking number to track your packet
- Information to contact transporter customer service if you do not get appropriate information from transporter tracking web site
NOTES
Sometimes in may takes 4-5 days after the packet was shipped to have the information available in transporter tracking system, this is especially valid for Europe with DHL.
Sometimes our local transporter is DHL, then the packet is took over by another transporter for international carriage. In any cases we are informed of this and we will provide you new tracking information and the new transporter.
How many time do I have to wait to receive my packet home?
In average this take 9 days to be delivered in US or Europe.
Sale process
What is the sale process?
We want to be cristal clear with you, so find below our sale process.
1/ when you order you give us an authorization to be paid by your credit card organism, we are not paid yet, your credit card is then not debited at this stage.
2/ We check availability of model and size, during weekdays it takes 24 hours, during week-end you will need to wait Monday to get the confirmation.
- if available we request payment to your credit card organism and we inform you by email of the availability of your order,
- If not available we cancel the order, we inform you by email of the unavailability of your order, you pay nothing, your credit card is not debited.
3/ As soon as available, by email, we provide you:
- A picture of the packet / shoes with the shipping label and its tracking number
- The carrier URL with your tracking number to track your packet
- Information to contact transporter customer service if you do not get appropriate information from transporter tracking web site

How to let a review ?
This is not easy to find where to let your review but this is really easy to do by following this little tutorial.
1/ go the page of the model you selected
2/ select the "Comments" button
3/ the link on the stars redirect you to a button for your review, click on it
4/ a dialog box open, this is time for to write your review, you can select the quality, by default this is 3, adjust it to the value you think it should be.
5/ click send, your review will not appear immediately, it will be reviewed first to avoid any bad content, but we will respect and publish your review if no offense is done. Be also informed that your name will be anonymized for private life respect purpose.
